Every HUNCK will be made after receiving a 100% pre-payment. When the HUNCK is ordered and paid there is no option to change your order. The maximum delivery time is 2 weeks and the HUNCK will be send to you by mail. When purchasing a HUNCK with personalization there is no option to send it back as your name or any other info is engraved in the HUNCK. A HUNCK without personalization can be send back within 14 days only when it is in new condition, send back on your costs and when it is packed without any chance of damage during shipment. After HUNCK received the card holder we will check the condition and inform you about the refund.
